When do group classes start this month? Classes are weekly and on going all year long   

What days are group classes going on? Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

 ~10:00am morning group classes -Tuesdays & Thursdays

~6:00pm evening group classes- Tuesdays & Thursdays

~9:00am morning group classes- Saturdays

How long is the group class? 30 minutes

What do I need to bring to the group class?

~ Please arrive 10 minutes early to every class to set up and be ready to start on time. Every class starts and ends on time. We value everyone’s precious time.

~ Comfortable workout clothing and shoes

~ A pair of rubber weights 5, 8, or 10lbs –5lbs are great for beginners. You can always increase the weight as you advance. Weights are provided however it is recommended you bring your own.

~ A padded mat, thicker then a yoga mat. Mats are provided however we do recommended you bring your own for your own comfort

~ Bottled water and Towel
